My name is Dustin Thompson, and I am the proud owner and operator of Precision Irrigation & Landscape LLC. As a locally owned and operated business, we are committed to upholding the values cherished by North Idaho’s residents and businesses. Integrity is the foundation of our company, and we take pride in delivering high-quality work while keeping our costs affordable. In today’s challenging economy, we understand the importance of maximizing value, and we will never recommend a service or product that isn’t truly needed. Our mission is to get the job done right the first time at a fair price.

When I established Precision Irrigation & Landscape LLC, I had two primary goals. The first was to provide quality craftsmanship at an honest and reasonable price. The second was to spend more meaningful time with my two children, aged 12 and 16, while instilling in them the value of hard work and financial responsibility. After 15 years of driving trucks and working long hours—often 70+ hours a week and being away for extended periods—I wanted a better work-life balance. By involving my children in the business, I aim to teach them practical life skills and the importance of earning and managing money responsibly, while providing a family-oriented work environment.

In addition to my experience in the transportation industry, I spent the last decade assisting my father with his irrigation and landscaping business. I managed his sprinkler division, overseeing hundreds of commercial and residential properties. My expertise includes installing and maintaining irrigation systems, along with a comprehensive understanding of landscape design and maintenance.
